Who sends the messages
Text messages under these terms are sent by 128W 165th Laundromat LLC, operating 128W Laundromat at 128 W 165th St, Bronx, NY 10452. This page is hosted on the Wash and Chill website. Your consent applies only to 128W Laundromat. It does not authorize messages from any other laundromat or from Wash and Chill generally.
Messages you may receive
If you agree, 128W Laundromat may send optional transactional text messages, such as:
- Customer registration links
- Order confirmations
- Order status updates
- Pickup reminders
- Payment links
We send these only where the feature is enabled. Promotional messages are not included in your consent to order updates. If we ever want to send promotional texts, we will ask for your separate consent first.
How you agree

- You expressly agree before we send your first registration text.
- Staff record your agreement in our point-of-sale system.
- On the registration form, you may separately choose to receive ongoing order updates.
